Overview
La Cruz was a nightclub in OlavarrÃa, launched with friends to create high-quality, affordable events targeting university students. From 2014 to 2016, it hosted top national artists across multiple genres, consistently selling out with over 1500 attendees per night. During this time until 2017, we organized large outdoor events for key dates, attracting more than 5000 people each. I led digital and traditional marketing efforts, managed social media teams, coordinated event photographers and videographers, and supervised bartenders and staff at large-scale events, ensuring efficient service and execution.
Objectives
- Develop and execute digital and traditional marketing strategies to promote events effectively
- Lead social media teams, influencers, and communicators to maximize reach and engagement
- Manage event photographers and videographers to capture and promote each event’s success
- Oversee and optimize event operations, including bartending and service teams for large-scale events
- Ensure seamless execution of events, collaborating closely with all teams when necessary
