Overview
Beat 2431 was a series of large-scale events held on key dates between 2018 and 2021, attracting up to 7,000 attendees each one. I was part of the event organization and business decision-making, leading a team responsible for digital communication, social media, branding, advertising, ticket distribution, event tracking, and content creation. Each event required at least two months of planning and coordination with a team of around 10 people.
Objectives
- Plan and execute branding, marketing, and communication strategies
- Manage social media and advertising campaigns across digital and traditional media
- Coordinate pre-, during-, and post-event tracking and reporting
- Lead a team of 10 people, delegating tasks and ensuring execution
- Analyze event performance through digital metrics and audience feedback
